Delegates at the workshop are selected on the basis that they are actively considering expanding their business internationally. From our experience, there are 5 key questions you'll need to address:


  1. Where to start: Which countries should be targeted first? What are the best routes to market? How important is a physical presence?
  2. Investment: Any international growth will need funding – how much will be needed, where will this come from and who will advise?
